This page is a starting template, not legal advice. It's written to be honest and specific about what this site actually does, but if BollyBiza collects more data in future (a mailing list, an app, etc.) this should be reviewed and expanded by a qualified lawyer to stay compliant with Oman's Personal Data Protection Law.
What we collect
When you book Early Bird or Regular tickets online, we collect the name and phone number you enter at checkout, and your order details (tickets, quantities, amount paid). Payment card details are entered directly on Thawani Pay's own checkout page — we never see or store your card number, expiry, or CVV. When you book a VIP table or contact us via WhatsApp, we see whatever you send us in that conversation, same as any WhatsApp chat. If analytics is enabled on this site, Google Analytics collects standard, non-identifying visit data (pages viewed, general device/location info) to help us understand how people use the site.
What we use it for
Name and phone number are used to confirm your order, check you in at the door, and reach you if there's a problem with your booking (for example, a change to the event). We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for marketing unless you separately opt in (for example, by messaging our WhatsApp broadcast list yourself).
Who we share it with
Thawani Pay processes your payment directly and holds your payment information under their own privacy policy. We don't share your name or phone number with anyone else except where required by law or venue security requirements at Club 11, Grand Hyatt Muscat.
How long we keep it
Order details are kept only as long as reasonably needed for bookkeeping, dispute handling, and door check-in for the relevant event.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by messaging WhatsApp ↗.
