This page is a starting template, not legal advice. It covers the basics reasonably for a small ticketed nightlife event in Oman, but BollyBiza should have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer before relying on it, especially the refund terms and any liability language.
Tickets & entry
All tickets are for guests aged 21 and over. Club 11, Grand Hyatt Muscat is a licensed venue and valid government-issued photo ID may be requested at the door — entry can be refused without one, regardless of ticket type. Tickets are valid for the specific date and event shown at checkout only.
Payment
Early Bird and Regular tickets are paid in full online at checkout by card, processed securely by Thawani Pay. BollyBiza does not see or store your card details — Thawani handles payment directly. VIP tables and the VVIP Lounge are arranged individually over WhatsApp since pricing depends on table size and requirements; payment terms are confirmed with our team before the booking is final. Where a VIP or VVIP cover charge includes a stated amount redeemable in food & drinks, that credit applies only on the night, at the table, and is not exchangeable for cash.
Refunds & cancellations
Ticket sales are final and non-refundable once purchased, except in the following cases: the event is cancelled or postponed by BollyBiza, in which case you'll be offered a full refund or a transfer to the rescheduled date, whichever you prefer; or you were charged in error or charged twice for the same order, in which case the duplicate or incorrect charge will be refunded. To request a refund under either of these situations, message us on WhatsApp with your order reference and payment confirmation and we'll sort it out as quickly as we can.
We're not able to offer refunds for change of mind, being unable to attend, or being refused entry for not meeting the 21+ or ID requirements.
Event changes
Line-ups, set times, and venue details are confirmed closer to the date and may change due to circumstances outside our control. We'll announce any significant changes on our WhatsApp broadcast and Instagram.
Conduct
Club 11, Grand Hyatt Muscat's own house rules and Oman's licensing laws apply on the night. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests for intoxication, aggressive behaviour, or breach of venue policy, without refund.
